REFUNDS
Unfortunately, due to the fresh and perishable nature of Actevna® products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once products have been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, or if you have any concerns about your order, please take photographs of the package (including vial tamper seals) and contact us at orders@actevna.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to address the situation.
