WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free, next working day delivery. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), with delivery typically taking place Tuesday-Friday.
We deliver Actevna® in our precision-engineered, temperature-controlled packaging, designed to ensure your order arrives fresh and in optimal condition.
This rendering is provided for example purposes only and should not be considered representative of what you will receive.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a dispatch email with tracking details once it’s on its way. Orders are typically dispatched the next business day, with delivery within 24 hours of dispatch. For UK orders, delivery is free. Additional charges may apply for remote or international locations, and these will be clearly indicated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays or local regulations, which could affect delivery times. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping currently. Please contact us if you have any questions.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or similar addresses.
Some remote or international locations may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
